Is the thrill of being engaged is starting to give way to the multitude of questions; have you set a date? Have you booked the church? Will you wear your Nana’s wedding dress or get your own?
Style & Grace can help get you all the answers to the never-ending questions that go with getting married. Except for the question that always seems to be asked after a wedding; when are you going to have a baby? For that one, you’re on your own.
The A to Z Package will be customized for you and starts at $2,500 and adheres to Style and Grace’s strict pricing policy. This package offers the following:
- All pre-wedding consultation/meetings with the couple
- Review of planning & wedding day details
- Creation of detailed itineraries, time-lines & checklists
- Sourcing of four or more vendors, including meetings, contract review & negotiation
- Budget creation, monitoring & reconciling
- Pre-wedding vendor confirmations
- Emails & phone calls between Style & Grace & the couple
- Supervision and coordination of ceremony rehearsal
- Wedding day coordination (up to 8 hours on-site) including:
- Supervision of ceremony set-up & venue inspection
- Liaise with the couple, family & vendors
- Itinerary/logistic management
- Instruction to wedding party on their wedding duties
- Supervision of photography session
- Supervision of reception set-up & inspection
- Setup of wedding items & party favours
- Supervision of decorations at ceremony & reception locations
- Supervision of vendor arrival, set-up, payment, gratuities & reconciliation
- Coordination of gift collection
- Use of ‘On-site Wedding Day Emergency Kit’
