My name is Jennifer Dent and I am the Owner and Principle Event Planner of Style & Grace Weddings & Events.  I pride myself on operating with a detailed and straightforward approach to getting things done. I make sure Style & Grace goes the extra mile to make sure everything comes together just as planned. Having been a bride myself, I know that every detail matters. EXPERIENCE

For more than 10 years, I have been involved in the event planning industry and has planned large and small weddings, corporate events, huge city street festivals and everything in between. Before starting Style & Grace, I worked at Wynford Motivates, The Downtown Oakville BIA, and The Centre for International Governance Innovation.  I offer a lot of honest insight and valuable experience on what works and what doesn’t work when it comes to your big day. And if you want references, we got ‘em! Just ask.

As Event Planners, our role is to assist and guide you. But rest assured, we never forget this is your event.  You remain in complete 100% control of your event at all times.

FULL TIME COMMITMENT

This is not hobby.  Style & Grace is a full–time, event planning & coordinating company.  Seven days a week.  Fifty–two weeks a year.  I am available by phone, email, or in person.  Meetings and consultations will be scheduled to suit your needs; evenings, weekends, your home, your office, Starbucks, wherever & whenever it is convenient for you.

PRICING POLICY

Style & Grace does NOT charge you a percent of your event budget, that would be a conflict of interest.  How would Style & Grace, on one hand, be trying to save you money yet on the other hand, the higher your budget goes, the more money we make?!   That would be against your better interest.  Instead we charge flat rate based on your needs.

COMMISSION? NEVER. EVER.

As well, Style & Grace does NOT get any commission or kick-backs from the vendors we recommend.  We recommend the best vendors that can provide what you need for you event.  Period.  While many vendors and suppliers do offer this, Style & Grace views this as another conflict of interest.  Instead, we opt to work with tried and true vendors who will pass this discount on to our clients.  That way, you save money and work with vendors that are best suited to you.  And then that happens, the vendor, Style & Grace and you all win.
